Membership
The Energy Sponsor Programme requires membership. As a member of the Energy Sponsor Programme, a company supports the overall aim, and acquires certain benefits in relation to the means of the Programme. Members must pay a yearly fee, and the size of the latter is determined according to type of membership.
The Programme has two types of membership:
A ‘Basic Membership’ and an ‘Extended Membership’.
Both types of membership benefit from the core activities. All companies have the opportunity to choose the Extended Membership if they wish. This type of membership costs a little more because it includes more benefits and opportunities than the Basic Membership. For Extended members, the following activities/opportunities furthermore apply:
- Extended representation in the Board
- Brainstorm meeting (one a year per Extended member)
- Yearly joint strategy meeting on the research at the Department of Energy Technology
Advantages
Whichever membership is chosen it will give you an increased exposure towards the students through events such as visits to your company, project proposals, scholarships, student jobs and your presence at the yearly award presentation. In this way the students more than likely remember your company when they start to consider their future career.
Membership fees
The following fees apply to 2011:
Extended Membership: 50,000 DKK a year
Basic Membership: 35,000 DKK a year
*Basic (discount): 17,000 DKK a year*Small companies with a staff of 25 employees or less may gain a special discount price on a Basic membership.
