Project title: Injection Water Quality Monitoring and Control
The Injection Water Quality Monitoring and Control project is a cooperative research between Aalborg University and The Danish Hydrocarbon Research and Technology Center (DHRTC) at DTU. The Water flooding technology has been selected as the key Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) for DHRTC research and development activities. This PhD project will focus on real-time Injection Water (IW) quality monitoring and control using emerging measuring technology and advanced control solution, especially regarding to the following two challenges: Real-time oxygen concentration measurement & control; and Real-time solid particle size distribution measurement & control.
