Claus Leth Bak have made a bilateral agreement with University of Agder, Norway regarding PhD courses for the department PhD students.
Available for free UiA and ET hereby offer PhD courses to be selected in:
SPECIALISATION IN RENEWABLE ENERGY
SPECIALISATION IN MECHATRONICS
SPECIALISATION IN APPLIED MATHEMATICS
The courses are for free for ET PhD students, but all travel expenses etc. must be covered by the department.
The agreement is a trial period for up to 10 PhD course students until 2020.
We offer the same conditions for 10 UiA PhD students.
If you wish to register for a course, please do as follows:
If you are from Aalborg University:
Please log in by entering your username (email address) and password in the right upper corner at www.phd.moodle.aau.dk
Create a profile by clicking “Link to profile” in the right upper corner. Please fill in the tabs “Profile” and “Edit profile”.
You are now ready to register for course participation.
If you are from outside Aalborg University:
Please click at “Create a new account” in the right upper corner at www.phd.moodle.aau.dk
Fill in the profile and complete by clicking “Create my new account”.
When you have filled in the profile, an email will be sent to your mailbox. Please confirm your Moodle registration by clicking on the link in the email. You are now ready to register for course participation.
All courses are open for registration approximately three months before start. This can hopefully also provide new students a chance to register for courses during the year.

The price for a course is approximately 6,000 DKK for PhD students and 8,000 DKK for people from Industri, except: Photovoltaic Power Systems (PVPS), Microgrids and Power Electronics for Renewable Energy Systems (PERES).

Universities Denmark have initiated a website where it is possible to search for PhD courses offered by all Universities in Denmark. There is a short description of all courses including a link which will take you to the website of the course at the University where you can sign up for the course.
